有很多青少年用社群媒體，有一些帳號將會有很大的改變。

In Australia, Canada, the UK, and the USA, new teen accounts are keeping
teens safe online. They are for 13 to 17-year-old teens. Next year, teens
here will get them too.
青少年帳號會保護 13 到 17
歲的青少年，目前在澳洲、加拿大、英國跟美國進行，明年台灣也會有!

Experts say social media is bad for teens. It has lots of bullies and
strangers. And some teens cannot stop looking at social media!
專家說社群媒體對青少年來說是不好的，它有很多陌生人跟霸凌者。有一些青少年可能會用到上癮!

Teen accounts are private. Teens talk with people they want to talk with.
Bullies and strangers cannot talk with teens. They cannot see pictures or
write in teen accounts.
青少年帳號會是私人的，能用來跟朋友聊天，但陌生人或霸凌者沒辦法跟他們講話，或是看他們的照片。

With teen accounts, teens cannot see everything on social media. Parents say
how long their teen can use it. This means teens cannot look at social media
for too long... or too late at night! Parents can see who their teens talked
with. They can see what their teens looked at!
青少年帳號會限制他們能看到的東西，父母也可以限制他們的時間，不能太長，也不能太晚，還可以知道他們的孩子在跟誰聊天，或是看了哪一些網頁！

This social media makeover for teens keeps them safe online!

It's better than nothing. 總比沒有好。
For now his pictures are good enough for me. 以現在來說他的照片就夠了。

We make a lot of food waste! All the world's food waste in one day can make one billion meals! Wow! 我們每天製造很多廚餘，全世界一天的廚餘量相當於一億份餐點 ! We throw away a lot of food. When it goes to  landfills , it makes gases that make the Earth hotter. 廚餘被丟到垃圾掩埋場，會產生溫室氣體，讓地球的溫度升高。 But in South Korea, people don't throw away food waste. The country recycles 98 percent of it. The Pasta'ay Festival Is About Something Serious   2024.11.14 語音檔連結 The Saisiyat are one of the Indigenous Taiwanese Peoples. Long ago, there were many Saisiyat people. Today, there are around six thousand Saisiyat in Taiwan. 賽夏族是台灣的原住民族，原本人口很多的他們，現在只有大約 6 千人。 But the Saisiyat have saved their traditions.
